Currently, when opening a ticket, people have to indicate in a text entry their problem for example. The idea is to allow the management of these text boxes (Add, delete, rename) in the ticket panel. All text fields would correspond to a field in the final embed that Sharles sends. So for example, in my “Bug Report” ticket system, I create a field called “Concerned server”. The user enters “Survival” there. When sending Sharles' message to the newly created room after the ticket was opened, a field named “Concerned Server” contains “Survival.” In PJ an example of that on another server/bot.
