New suggestion: it was nice to be able to transcribe the tickets (sent) all the messages (sent) all the messages in the ticket to the person who opened it and to be able to download it afterwards in the ticket that was closed.

Yes, I recognize that ticket tool was very interesting on this subject, it is true that this feature is quite practical, (for those who do not know it saves the ticket and saves the files and spells in html format)
