Create a clean ticket system that uses private threads instead of traditional rooms.

A closed ticket locks the thread so that both parties can still access it.

A deleted ticket deletes the thread.

The biggest advantage, besides saving the number of rooms per category, is that it pollutes the display of a server less for all members who have permission (or not, by the way) to display tickets in lounge format.
