It would be great to be able to change the description of a ticket so that, for example, instead of it being marked “React with the button below to contact server support.” that we can change to mark “Open a ticket to place an order” or “open a ticket to file a complaint about a member” so that instead of it being marked “Create a ticket” we can mark “place an order”” or “file a complaint”
