Add room links to welcome messages (private and public)

In order to help members better navigate, in the welcome message, it would be nice to be able to put the # links of the rooms.

When creating a survey you can stop it manually. But it would be practical to be able to add time to the command (or dashboard). So that the survey automatically stops after time. And if there is no time well you will have to do it manually.
